This policy explains what information Doxagraf collects when you visit doxagraf.com, book a shoot or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email us at info@doxagraf.com.

Who we are

Doxagraf LLC ("Doxagraf," "we," "us" or "our") is a creative studio based in New Jersey. We provide real estate photography, video and drone media, graphic design and branding, printing, and social media content for real estate agents, teams and small businesses. Doxagraf LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details: your name, email, phone number, company or brokerage, and job title.
Project and booking details: the property address and access instructions for a shoot, the services you want, your budget range, preferred dates and any notes you send.
Billing details: billing name, contact information, invoices and payment history. Card payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Client portal account: your login email and the files, comments and approvals you share in the portal.
Files and brand materials: logos, photos, listing details and other content you send us for a project.
Messages: anything you send through our forms, email, phone, text or social media.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, our website platform and the tools described under Cookies collect technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that sent you to us, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

Information from others

An agent, brokerage, builder or business sometimes books work that involves other people. They may give us contact or access details for a homeowner, tenant or team member so we can schedule and complete the job. If you message us on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube, we also see the public profile information those platforms show.

How we use your information

Answer your questions and send quotes and proposals.
Schedule and confirm shoots and calls, and send reminders.
Create, edit and deliver photos, video, designs, prints and social content.
Run the client portal, where you review drafts, give feedback and approve work.
Send invoices, take payments and keep business and tax records.
Publish media where you ask us to, such as a Zillow Showcase listing.
Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
Send marketing emails, and measure and show our ads, as described below.
Protect our site, our clients and our business, and meet our legal obligations.

Text messages

When you book a real estate shoot, you may receive text messages from Doxagraf and our scheduling platform with booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes and delivery updates. We only text numbers that were given to us for that purpose.

Message frequency varies with your bookings.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also email or call us.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not send marketing text messages. If that changes, we will ask for your separate consent first.

Marketing emails

If you are a client or you sign up for updates, we may email you studio news, new services, tips for marketing your listings, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. You will still receive messages about active projects, bookings and invoices.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Pixels and tags work in a similar way. We group them into four categories, which match the choices in our cookie settings.

Essential (always on): Keeps the site working and secure: loading pages, forms, bookings, the client portal login, and remembering your cookie choices. Examples: Wix, our website platform.
Functional: Remembers preferences and runs embedded features, such as video players and 3D tours. Examples: Wix, Zillow 3D Home tours.
Analytics: Shows us which pages are useful, how visitors move through the site and where they come from. Examples: Google Analytics.
Advertising: Measures our ads and lets us show our ads to people who have visited our site. Examples: Google Ads, TikTok Pixel.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how our site is used. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your device and browser, and your approximate location. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

TikTok Pixel and Google Ads

When we run ads on TikTok or Google, these tools tell us whether an ad led to a visit or an inquiry, and help us show our ads to people who are likely to be interested. TikTok and Google handle this information under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Use the Cookie settings button at the bottom of any page to change your choices at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, such as bookings or the client portal, from working. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies for that browser.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these ways:

Service providers that run our business: Wix (website, forms, bookings, client portal, proposals, invoices and payments), Spiro (real estate booking and text reminders), Picflow (photo and video delivery galleries), our email marketing provider and our payment processors. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
Platforms you ask us to publish to, such as Zillow Showcase or your social media accounts.
Print vendors, who receive the design files and delivery details needed to print and deliver signs and marketing materials.
Analytics and advertising partners, Google and TikTok, through the cookies and pixels described above, if you allow them. Some state privacy laws treat this kind of advertising data as a sale or sharing of personal information. You can opt out at any time in Cookie settings.
People involved in your project, such as the listing agent, homeowner or team members you ask us to include.
Legal and safety reasons: when the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Use, or to protect someone's rights or safety.
Business changes: if Doxagraf is merged, sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Photos, video and the people in them

Property shoots: we photograph what the listing agent or owner has prepared. Please put away anything you don't want shown, such as family photos, mail and documents. If you spot something personal in a final photo, tell us and we will edit it or remove it.
Aerial photos and video: we frame drone shots on the listing property. Neighboring homes and streets may appear in the background.
Headshots and team photos: we only show people in our portfolio or on social media with the client's permission. You can ask us to remove a photo of you at any time.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy.

Inquiries that don't lead to a booking: we keep your message only as long as we need it to reply to you. We don't open a project, plan work or keep files until a deposit or payment is made.
Project records, invoices and payment history: up to 7 years, for tax and accounting.
Delivery galleries: available for up to six months after delivery and client approval. After that, we may keep copies of final work in our internal archive, at our discretion, for our portfolio and case studies.
Text message consent and opt-out records: as long as we need them to honor your choice.

How we protect information

Our site runs on Wix with encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and the client portal requires a login. Only the people who need your information to do the work can access it. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If you think your portal account has been compromised, contact us right away.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including New Jersey, you may have the right to:

Confirm whether we process your personal information, and get a copy of it.
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete information you gave us or that we collected about you.
Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and profiling.

To make a request, email info@doxagraf.com with the subject line "Privacy request" or call 862-596-1712. You can also ask an authorized agent to contact us for you. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. If you are not satisfied with the result of your appeal, you can contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.

Children

Our site and services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly use information about anyone under 18 for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites and tools

Our site links to and embeds content from other services, such as Zillow 3D Home tours, social media, our booking pages and delivery galleries. Those services have their own privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services and the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell active clients by email.
