What they needed
Prestige Property Group Montclair turned the $9M Upper Saddle River showhouse listing into a Broker's Open Halloween party, with a DJ, mobile bartenders, a pizza truck and a $1,000 costume contest. They needed the whole night on video for their YouTube channel.

What we made
I filmed the party from start to finish and cut it into an 8-minute vlog built around the guests: agents in costume telling the story behind their outfits, with the house as the setting. It shows a broker's open as an event people want to come to, not just another showing.
